As far as missing, I understand that you're wanting to try something different with the logo at the bottom, but It might be getting slightly redundant with your signature and then logo. I think it's the top left corner that feels weird and you could try putting all of your info at the bottom.
Also, I would save a tag line for ads or something. I think it would be tacky on your stationary... unless it said "SNACK", that would be awesome.
