I think if you make the 'wash your hands' at the bottom some sort of warm color like orange, and then make one or two of the H1N1's on the hands the same color it will make the type on the bottom stand out and it will also make the hands look dirty.
but not feeling well has kept me in bed with my labtop.. SO this is what I did all day..
