Question is: Are the noodles too animated-ish? If so does anyone have any suggestions how I could correct that problem? I can say I am definitely on the dark brown, burnt orange train... As far as the font.. I really love how the top "eats" looks but I think that the middle "on ponce" works better... Even though I am not crazy about the n's in the bottom font.. I just can't let it go... I really like it a lot.
i agree with the middle font being the best for "on ponce." i am still not loving the bottom font because the "a" in eats looks like "ar" which reads "earts." maybe it's just me. but every time i see it that's what i think of.
ReplyDeleteas far as the noodles go, i think my only issue with them is the fact that they are all perfectly symmetrical and straight and the same size, with the exception of some height difference. it almost looks like mummy wrap instead of spaghetti. or maybe that's just me! haha. why don't you make some of the lines a little less straight? some noodles have spaces in between or wrap diagonally around other noodles...or something. :)
I kind of disagree with noodles because it suggests that that is their main attraction where in actuality no one food steals the spotlight.
ReplyDeleteAlso, noodles strike me as posh, and eats is far from posh.
But I love the idea, and the logo really flows with those colors.
